RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Please get in touch with us if you discover an error with your order or if you simply need to return your tires, and we’ll figure out a quick and simple solution.

Customers may select substitute products or ask for a complete refund if the products they requested are not available from the distributor at the time of sale or within 15 days of their purchase, unless the delay is the result of force majeure. Any difference in order value that results from your decision to select an alternate product will be reimbursed or charged to the consumer.

If you decide to cancel your order before your tires are installed, we’ll be pleased to issue you a shop credit or refund, less a 10% administrative and restocking fee.

WARRANTIES

A manufacturer’s warranty is offered with each set of tires that are sold. Our team will help you obtain the fulfilment of a manufacturer’s warranty, so please contact them directly.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE

A Suriya Motors returns specialist will inspect all returns, which are accepted within 15 days of delivery. In order to be eligible for return, products must be completed unused and not driven on.

ORDERED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY

  • Item was fitted on a wheel (In case of Tyres)
  • Item was used on or off road
  • Items were altered in any way
  • Misuse of any kind

REFUNDS

Refunds for accepted returns or cancellations will be issued to the original form of payment only. Any amount paid for services will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of acceptance of the return or cancellation.
